Short warm-up and cool down (2.5km total) either side of reps up Kalinda Drive. Session was 3 x up with recovery down. 3 min break. 3 reps with 1 min extra break between each. I cut the third rep off the first set and had an extended stretch break in the middle. Reps were far from flat out. More of a recovery session after weekend.
