Saturday Feb 10, 2007 #

Note
(sick) (rest day)

Planned day off, but I couldn't have done anything anyway

Friday Feb 9, 2007 #

cycle 21:00 [3] 7.75 km (2:43 / km)
shoes: Avanti Blade

Ride home

Note

Had to do some board paddling in outdoor ed this morning. Gee I suck at that. Judging by how quickly my arms died it's gonna be a tough job to pass my surf rescue certificate on Wednesday

Thursday Feb 8, 2007 #

run intervals 24:00 [4]
shoes: adistar control

3min on: 90 sec recovery x 8. Probably started too hard and got a bit slack in the middle.

run warm up/down 37:27 [1]
shoes: adistar control

10 min w/u, recovery between efforts, cool down to school

Wednesday Feb 7, 2007 #

cycle 18:30 [2] 7.6 km (2:26 / km)
shoes: Avanti Blade

Been wondering how long my back rim would stay straight after the service on Oz day. Now I know. Snapped a spoke along a dead flat bit of road this morning and the rim is back to it's usual buckled self... Bugger.

Tuesday Feb 6, 2007 #

cycle 15:40 [4] 7.6 km (2:04 / km)
shoes: Avanti Blade

Ride to work. Harder than planned, but had to make the most of calm conditions. Long run obviously was pretty easy.

run long 1:29:38 [2]
shoes: adistar control

Shorter than usual long run to kick off the recovery week. Ahhhhh recovery.

cycle 21:30 [3] 7.75 km (2:46 / km)
shoes: Avanti Blade

Monday Feb 5, 2007 #

cycle 17:30 [3] 7.6 km (2:18 / km)
shoes: Avanti Blade

Ride to school

cycle 21:30 [3] 7.75 km (2:46 / km)
shoes: Avanti Blade

Cycle home. Was gonna be a really cruisy one, but the wind was too strong so I had to work into it anyway. Hard keeping a straight line in a cross breeze
