Another rubbish week of not training down.

At least I made it out the door this afternoon.

Felt harder than it should have the whole way, but never really got worse at least.

Both knees a bit sore medially in the second half. Suspect it is ITBs whih have been tight since my long run a week ago.

Once again no ticket for me to the French acrobats tonight, so I took the chance to drop everyone into Subiaco for dinner and the show, drove to my parents place, and went for a run through Kings Park and along the foreshore to Tawarri and back.

Longest run for ages. Felt quite comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise.

I should stop making public statements about increasing training. Surefire plan to go the other way. Been feeling pretty flat and in need of sleep this week. Probably more related to work that training, but an easy week has been the result.

Evening long run, feeling pretty comfortable. Had a considerable break in the middle when I ran into Dave Hopper for the first time in Gero, despite us both living here for a long time. Great to have a chat, and happily, my legs didn't seize up when I started running again.
