WU Nominally 3x3km @ 4:10’s with 400m slow jog recoveries. Track was, as always soft and soggy, bit at least the lanes had been re-marked. Ran a bit quick, and 4:10 was probably a bit quick for what I wanted to achieve. Oh well… 90 minute half marathon in less than 3 weeks could be a challenge…
