Girls start training at school tomorrow- twice per week on days that I usually run. Will be interesting to see if I have the motivation/discipline to switch my routine around or not.
Ankle isn’t much of an issue, but there is a distinct sore spot on the medial side under the ankle when I poke around. Better keep tabs on it.
