long distance in good tough gully spur. small mistake at the start (think controls were too close) and one a bit later on but lost time on bad routes and bad endurance. got some killer blisters which defs affected me.
orienteering race 36:30 [3] 5.0 km (7:18 / km) shoes: x-talon 190
was never going to be a good run after only a few hours sleep, having a headache and only arriving 20minutes before my start. some silly mistakes, bad routechoice, would have preferred to be closer to shep (4 min), was strong in the terrain just trying to race too much.
