Decent run, feeling quite good in the terrain, but missed out a small loop of 3 controls in the middle. Confused a 6 as a 9 and went 6-10. No knee problems.

Evening run, Old/New Copse. Didn't feel great doing this. Bit lethargic and heavy legged. Busy week and strength work probably having a bigger impact than expected.
