Run in orthotics. This felt ok whilst running and afterwards some signs of improvement. The following day experienced some soreness in lower shin - level with ankle when doing exercises, particularly toe to shin strength work. A bit more clicking than usual and a bit of soreness around peroneal tendon and back of the fibula head. Some general dull aches in calf but not the usual tightness. Forefoot continues to feel really good, no toe pain.
