POM Training - Model Area - Arcozelo

Open and rocky (but pretty easy, and not that representative of what was to come). Just running at an easy pace stopping now and again to read some detailed areas. Lots of detail on the map. A few controls at a faster pace at the end.

Feeling better after a few days off so managed to get out at lunch and felt really good. Feels like my natural running pace has got quicker. Not looking at the watch and just running at an easy level but comfortably under 5min/km.
