TVOC Chiltern Challenge - Black - Nettlebed

Nice course on an area I know fairly well. Nav not too tricky until a more intricate 1:5k map section at the end. Just one major error on one of the well hidden pits. Running felt good able to push all the way. Good race with Adam though the middle section.

Mistakes ~2:00 mins
(3)(00:15) - Stopped a little early looking for pit but line was ok
(19)(1:00) - Poor exit bearing from c18/overshot/distracted by others
(26 & 28)(0:30) - Slow to adjust to the 1:5k map didn't really consider sticking to the 1:10k which might have been better.
(34)(00:15) - RC thick veg & swamps avoidable

SN Schools League - Bagshot

I knew about the 1:5k scale but it still threw me and I managed a big overshoot. Apparently it was slightly in the wrong place too, so I lost 3 to 4 mins there and then pushed a little too hard to catch up over the next few controls before settling.

2 x 8 x 150m hill 10m climb

A new 'hill' from MAC. Felt quite good, ran them all pretty hard. Times all quite consistant (31-35sec).
