Alnwickhill sprintelope.
Fantastic course by Ann Haley, possibly the best I ever ran on the area, which is a fairly high bar. Helped a lot by map familiarity, but the legs ducking in and out of the woods were all new, then near the end ran into a trap on the grassy lawn by Frogstane road, (gloomy, 1:6000 map, building looked like a gap in the hedge). Grr. Runningwise, still sore from Monday, and MaxC came past like I was standing still on the hills and sailed away through the woods. Luckily he'd stuffed up earl, so nailed him :)

New Monday run. got a bit excited and ran it a bit hard. Hammering down the hill off the braids felt quite brisk until some guy with a rucksack and walkman came jogging past.
