Camped overnight. Tired. Jacked at 17. Typical camping/running combo.

Soul, dufftown.
Very well designed course in unpromising area. Got caught out by some oddness in the wood, and ran into an unmapped dead end , which most people seem to have done. It was certainly busy by the end.

The emit block didn't download, so time is made up. Backup confirmed I went to all controls, which I already knew. Typical emit really.

5x1km 3:48 49 48 47 45. Felt leaden after the last few days, unsurprisingly, so the gradual speeding up was good. Hot and humid evening.

Lovely evening, for a plod down to Holyrood and round the Queen's drive, with a shortcutting climb past St.Margaret's Chapel.
