Various jogging around between starts, finishes, carparks etc etc masquerading as warm up.
Running race 11:05  1.5 mi (7:23 / mi)
Howden sprint. Small hesitation when standing next to a pit in the green and not seeing it. Elsewise clean. A minute down on Tess suggest some faffing elsewhere, not sure where though.
Orienteering race 14:40  2.0 mi (7:20 / mi)
Almondvale sprint. Got myself trapped on the cunning leg I planned for the JK: maximum idiot points for that! Elsewise clean. A minute down on Tess.
Really need to work on acceleration to top speed if I'm going to do these things.
