Rocko Hospital have start 7day surgery so wife has picked up shifts today and Monday so had to skip ride for parkrun.

Matthew in pram and we got stuck behind 30min pace man and everyone else so it took at least the first 800m until I could go skipping accross lawn to pass people. Finally got into lead to all the pram runners and held it to the line. Just managed to hold off a fast finisher behind me so happy take the pram win. Couldn't celebrate the win with Matty as he was fast asleep as usual...

set the alarm for 5,.45am so i could go for a jog this morning to hopefully loosen the seized facet joint i received from the weekend. Could not bend over yesterday which led to issues trying to pick up and Matthew and also when i had to wipe my.... Managed to get some physio treatment to unlock it.

Gentle jog this morning with Matthew in pram and took some walking sections to help not overload the recovering lower back. Smokey outdoors and fairly chilly. It didn't seem to faze Matty though with his fifty layers on.
