Crusiy ride in to work hoping the legs would agree. Nice ride considering yesterdays session.

joined in on the red rock ride this morning. Pace was quick fromt he start and a few loose cannons riding today. Decided to hide at the back in case of problems which was a good call near port beach.

Moved up the fron on both climbs from the back which says alot about the bunch. Lead the group home along mts bay rd doing 50km/hr and managed to cross the line in 5th place.

Kristy the personal trainer was keen for me to join the biggest loser bunch for some motivational training?? did a 20 min jog beforehand ont ehtreadmil to prepare my legs for the session. 1hr pure cardio session, just what i needed after this morning ouch. after 15min on the spin bikes i was ready to do 50m breaststroke in the pool i had created below me. Looking around no-one else had anything near close to what i had sweated out. Heap of other stuff and by the end of the session i was soaked from head to toe. i managed to drink 3 of my water bottles through the 1 and half hour set and yet was still a kilo lighter. Insane!

Decided to squeeze in a hills ride this morning. Went up Canning mills road for the very first time. Beautiful view up the brookton hwy valley.

Enjoyed the descent down mills rd east.

Enjoyable ride up through the burnt section of Kelmscott. Beautiful evening for a ride on the gravel tracks watching the sun set over the ocean.
