Intermediate ski-O course at Mendon. Did not use skis; used trail shoes that had been converted to screw shoes. Few mistakes, but lots of slow going from being out of shape and from running/walking is the semi loose snow on the edges of trails. When I left, I was 2nd out of 7 on the intermediate course, but I wouldn't be surprised to move down a few places as more people finish.

Heart rate is per my Fitbit. I doubt its accuracy. I hardly ever get my pulse rate up to the 160's these days.
