Sciatica issue seems to be resolved. Still have some tightness/discomfort (minor) in the hamstring I injured 1.5 years ago. And my low red blood cell count limits my stamina. But this was better than my last attempt, 4 days ago, so that's progress.

HR data was from Garmin, which I find a lot less reliable looking than from the Apple watch. But the bike said my avg was 130 bpm.
