Running in Canandaigua, after playing a game of pickleball. Much/most of the run was on Stina's "trail". I accidentally hit stop on my watch when I meant to hit pause, so this is shown as two runs but it was essentially one run, with many walking breaks. Still, it is the most distance I've covered since my hamstring injury 7 months ago. Very slow average pace though, but my goal was to cover distance rather than push the pace.

Run/walk from the pickleball courts at Webster Park, with trailsnail, after playing one game of pickleball. Usually 2 min run / 1 min walk, with a couple of 3 min runs thrown in, and one 4 min run at the very end. I still feel like I'm working way harder than I should be for the pace I'm running.

Run/walk again, but lower % of the time running: 2 min run / 1 min walk. I was experimenting to see what it takes to keep my pulse from continuing to increase. This was better than 3 min / 1 min but not great, maybe partly because I think I was pushing the pace a bit more during the running portions, knowing I only had to do it for 2 minutes.

HJ trail. Run 3 min / walk 1 min. Still struggled to hit my target distance. Pulse rate kept going up throughout the run, dropping when I walked, but bottoming out at a higher rate each time, and also peaking at a higher rate each time.
