I planned to run a fast-ish 5k tonight. But when I finished work, I had absolutely no desire to go out at all. They say you should just get started, and you'll fell glad you did it. So I walked/jogged over to west campus to check out progress on the new building construction, then home. Can't say I felt better.

Got home in time for our weekly World Games Quarantine/Start call. It's fun to work with Cindy and Martha.

Some intervals at Holcom in the rain. The HR is bogus. I was working at least as hard as a Giro rider on a slow flat stage (at least some of the time).

Note

The Giro took a rest day, so I did too.

I did Mike's campus course from yesterday. I knew it was hilly. I knew my legs were tired. I knew I would walk most of it. I knew I would cut it short.

I did not know I would stop reading the map and just make assumptions. I figured out my mistake at 4. But I didn't realize what I had done at 13 and 14 until I downloaded my track. #braindead
