Sandy and I went orienteering on the main campus. We would alternate picking a spot on the map, and leading to it. This was a mix of physical, mental and social. We would chat along the way, and at each control. We also had fun taking some alternate routes, just to see more parts of the campus. Unfortunately, I'm having problems with QuickRoute tonight (or maybe it's my GPX track export) . So no map to show.

sprint drills 30:00 intensity: (20:00 @1) + (9:00 @3) + (1:00 @4)

then I stopped by the track for a bit of practice. Including some starts with my spikes on.

Mike and I explored some parts of the new bike trail, along the almost-finished K10 South Lawrence Trafficway. I's really nice to ride by the wetlands.
