Note

Travel day home from Truckee (Reno-Vegas-MCI). Mike nicely took the middle seat on the first flight so I could have a window seat and see Lake Tahoe and the mountains one more time.

Just for my memory, these are the places we ate in Truckee
Marg's Taco Bistro
Taco's Jalisco
Cottonwood
Marty's

A little bit of exercise before traveling to Reno for the Classic champs. Wonder when this format will finally end? Seems to be dying a slow death....

stretch 1 [0]

cycle 15:00 [1] 2.9 km (5:10 / km) +49m 4:46 / km

sprint drills 25:00 intensity: (22:00 @2) + (3:00 @3) 1.8 km (13:55 / km) +2m 13:51 / km
ahr:126 max:151

Haven't done sprint drills in a long time, and it showed. I tried to sprint 200 meters, and I couldn't do it for even one rep without losing form. I managed 5 reps, but each one was shorter (time and distance) than the previous. I either need more practice or more rest between reps. It was fun, however, to run to the beat of drums (The band was starting to practice.)

cycle 12:00 [1] 3.08 km (3:54 / km) +24m 3:45 / km
