Southern end of race map, wasn’t keen on pushing too much so picked a short loop with some technical controls. Really nice place to run, and again the map was bang on so nav was relatively easy when it was technical. When it was vague however I didn’t plan well and drifted off line, I should take time to make a plan on these vague legs and learn how to execute them better. Relocation was spot on though and fairly quick so not much time lost (45-60s max)
R adductor and hamstring stiffening up now, and L knee joint (inside) also giving me a bit of pain)
(Something not registering climb well over there, no way I only climbed 16m, I did that on a few legs each. Will see map and check that way.)
