Blue Sprint a the team trials. Had a couple hesitations that probably didn't loose much time at all, one mistake to the wrong clump of trees worth maybe a few seconds, then ran past the go control and lost maybe 30 sec there. Pretty sore after the drive up, my ankle and knee hurt from soccer yesterday and they tightened up in the car. Didn't really bother me while I was running though, just before and after.
