Morning run with Deb, today on Willan's Hill. Felt good running although the hill at the start was a bit severe! Lots of people out, mostly walking, plus a few on bikes, but no other runners.

Deb and I took the grand-boys on another fun cycle around Wiradjuri and the wetlands. Both did really well again, gaining confidence, with only a couple of spills! Forgot to start the Garmin a couple of times so track is a bit odd looking!

Another O training run at Pomingalarna with Deb. Nice in the forest, especially as the roads and MTB tracks were packed with others getting their daily exercise!
