I think staying closer to home is a good idea from now on so I did 2 and a bit laps of Rocky Hill, behind our place, using the basic trail Max S cut for Roadies. Think I'm going to rename Max's track to magpie track as I always pass lots of them along the way (and Max has sold his house and moved to Wollongong!)

Longish, slow morning run down to the river and along the new levee (well mostly ran beside it as it's a concrete path and my knees dislike concrete!) Expect to spend a fair bit more time simply running (as long as it's permitted) as Waggaroos have tonight decided to cancel all our Orienteering events until things get back to "normal" :-(

Joined the OACT training group for their final exercise, sprint intervals at CSU. Course started in campus buildings, then onto the hill, back to the buildings, a second loop on the hill and finally a long leg through the campus. Almost bailed out on the 2nd hill loop but decided I should do it as, although I mapped it, it was my first time "competing" on that section of the map. Good fun although I did not go straight up and over the hill as most of the younger folks did!
