Mid morning run along Kooringal and Plumpton Rds past the golf club, around the Lake and through Rawlings Park, then home via Vincent and Kooringal Rds. Longest run since the half in 2014 and felt pretty good most of the way, with just a bit of tightness in my right hamstring and hip towards the end. Wore my HR monitor but it seemed to be on another planet! 203 max when I started, then dropped as low as 57 (which it can't because my pacemaker is set to 60 min!) and then all over the place. Time to ditch it i think.

Solo run from Briohny's house after dropping the grand kids back home. Ran down to and around the Lake. First time here for some time and Lake is full to overflowing which is great to see.

Serious hills at Tabletop for the latest Interclub. Nice course with not to difficult nav but some serious climb on at least 3 legs. Very happy with my run, no major errors, just a little off line on #2 but only a 10 second loss at most and nailed the difficult 5th where a number of others came unstuck.
