Running race (Roadies) 25:29 [4] 4.6 km (5:32 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 15 yellow

Return to Willan's Hill for Roadies. Forgot my Garmin. Did the medium course, advertised as "abt" 6.3km. My time was 25:29 which I would have been very happy with (4 min k's!) until the official distance was announced at 4.6km. Oh well, felt good once I got over the first big hill (which started at the start and continued for about 1km!)

Morning run with Briohny from her place at 6:30. Down to and around the Lake and back. I bailed on the last hill and walked! Pace was a little quicker than I am used to but was good to run with Bri again! Right hammy a little sore the last few days....

From Briohny's house (Deb dropped me off as she was walking Darcy-dog whilst Bri and fam are in Victoria), around the end of the Lake and home via Kooringal Rd, Cemetery and powerline track.

Longest run since the 10k in Orange back on 1st March and felt quite strong (although slow). Probably could have gone a bit further but it was dark and I had no lights....wonder if I could ask for Ayups for my birthday....but won't need them then as it is in October!
