Wiradjuri Track week 2. Surprised myself with a time 30 secs faster than last week! Must be doing something right...

Morning run from home: Kooringal streets, down to the Marshall's Ck bridge on the highway and then back home via the cemetery and power line track. Wardrobe malfunction before I started with zipper on long sleeve running jacket breaking so had to switch to my fluoro yellow short sleeve one. A bit colder but nice and visible!

Decided to change it up a bit today and tried an interval session. 5 x 300m on the powerline track beside the cemetery, with a few rises, bends and a large mud puddle!

1:08, 1:11, 1:12, 1;12, 1:08 with jog recovery between.

OK for a first effort.
