Run from home to Apex Park at Lake Albert to look after Ryder while Deb and Briohny ran Road Runners. Nice and cool for running but hammy was very tight most of the way.

Ran home from Briohny's place via Boat Club, the Lake and Kooringal Rd. Hammy was a bit fatigued towards the end after physio this morning so slowed down a lot in the last few kms.

SL 2 on the Long Swamp map. Much more open than yesterday even though the maps adjoin. A poor start, missing #1 and costing myself about 5-6 minutes. Just didn't go far enough up the hill! OK through to 6 where I again didn't trust my instincts and ended up at 7 which meant a scramble down and back up the very steep slope. Rest of the course had no problems. Speed again well down and had to settle for 5th with the faster guys dominating in the quicker terrain.
