Roadies pre-Christmas run at Wagga Beach. First run in 6 days and went too fast early and paid for it coming home when I slowed a lot. Still enjoyed the post run breakfast.

Note

Comp golf: 34 points in an inconsistent effort that included 2 wipes. Worse aspect was putting, with 4 x 3 putt greens - all after being on in regulation - and a total of 36 putts - woeful! A could-have-been day!

Note

Wednesday comp golf: first mid-week golf for about 6 months! Good front with 19 points but disappointing back nine, with just 14.

Morning run with Briohny from her place. A very hilly run along the Tolland ridge and then through WIllan's Hill. First run in 8 days and struggled to keep up with Briohny but she waited for me:-) Ankle was OK early but was getting sore towards the finish. Nice after yesterday's rain with a cooler southerly keeping the humidity down.
