Putting out controls and SI units at Connorton for tomorrow's Interclub event. What a great day to be in the bush!

Morning run around St Leonards and Artarmon. Ran from the motel down to and over the freeway and ran along beside the railway to Artarmon Station. Under the railway and into some nice bushland (Artarmon Reserve?) and did a couple of laps along bike and walking paths. Back under and then along beside the freeway on the bike paths then back to the motel.

Evening run in Sydney around Artamon and Lane Cove after an all day meeting. Lots of hills in this part of town!!

A better effort through the first 3/4 of the race, particularly on the long leg to 8 which was really the only true navigation leg, then came unstuck with poor technique and map reading on 11 and 12. Much more runnable than yesterday but an easier course with lots of track running.
