Note

Comp golf: 37 points. Not as consistent as last week and couldn't get the putter going today.

Running (Road Runners) 46:14 [4] 9.14 km (5:04 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 12

"Unofficial" Road Runners run at Wagga beach. Didn't listen too carefully to the instructions at the start and subsequently turned the 7.7km course into 9.1km! Was my first event for the year and by chance ran with 2 other guys who were also on their first runs so none of us knew the route. Still enjoyed the cooler start to the day and nice to be back running in the group.

Latish morning ride from home out along Vincent and Mitchell Rds and into Rawlings Park. Through Rawlings and out onto Main St and then Gregado Rd. Met Deb who was coming the other way on her ride. Down Redbank and Boiling Down Rds and onto Plumpton and Kooringal Rds back home.

Running 36:50 [3] 6.1 km (6:02 / km)
shoes: Salomon Trail

Morning run with Briohny and Darcy in Rawlings Park. Nice and cool this morning and Darcy was full of beans. Met his first horse today! The rider had a dog with her too but Darcy just couldn't work out what to do with the horse!

On return to the cars Briohny pointed out that I had a flat tyre! So had to put the spare on which delayed things a bit. Found a large screw in the flat.

Running 55:50 [3] 10.2 km (5:28 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 12

Deb and I picked up Darcy dog from Briohny's and took him for a run in Rawlings Park. We started together but I then ran ahead with Darcy although we crossed paths a couple of times. Deb was back near the car when the dog and I got there. My plan was to then keep going around the southern end of the Lake and back home but I was feeling very low on energy and asked Deb to meet me at the Plumpton-Red Hill Rd roundabout after she dropped the dog home. Glad she did as I don't think I would not made it home! Still, 10km is not too bad considering the temp and humidity today.
