Running race (Road Runners) 37:21 [4] 7.3 km (5:07 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 11 2nd pair

Ran the long today but, as I hadn't run it before this month, I didn't have a handicap time, so I ran in Briohny's spot (she was in Canberra). Wasn't too worried about the time, just wanted some more kms in the legs. Pretty happy with the run, although hammy was a bit tight on the small climbs.

Hawks aweful tonight after a good first quarter! Gave a way too many free kicks. Odd decision by Clarkson to take Sewell out of the game at 3/4 time?

Running 54:26 [3] 9.68 km (5:37 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 11 2nd pair

Afternoon run with Briohny from our place around the Lake. Slow to steady pace and had a good chat about lots of things. At the Boat club on the way home I told Briohny to leave me as I was slowing considerably so she ran off at good pace whilst I plodded (and walked the hilly bits) home. Hammy ok but more work needed to be right for Easter.

Passed Deb who was taking Darcy for a walk trying out a new nose leash (has a proper name but I don't know what it is!) to try and make him settle down more. He didn't like it much!

Orienteering race 58:50 [3] *** 5.8 km (10:09 / km)
spiked:14/15c shoes: Inov8 Mudclaw 270

Club event at Pomingalarna. Plan was to walk/run slowly and concentrate on navigation and it worked out pretty much that way. Nav was good, only missing 3, which a few people had trouble with. Control was in the right place but most people got dragged low by thicker veg. 12 minutes behind Briohny!

Spider webs were "fun"!! Hammy ok but still a way to go.
