Club event at Livingstone NP. Due to hammy strain, I took this very easy, walking up all the hills and just trotting slowly on the rest of the course, thus the slow km rate. Apart from a small overshoot on 5, where I was a bit high and missed teh small gully, navigation was pretty much spot on, which is encouraging, but I would have been annoyed if I made errors at my reduced speed.
