Running race (Road Runners) 24:00 [4] 4.7 km (5:06 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 11 2nd pair

Roadies at Wagga Beach. Told Briohny I would take Darcy dog on his first roadies run. He was a bit mental at the assembly so I hung back until after everyone had started and then we worked our way past the slower runners.

He was a hand full early as he wanted to say "hello" to everyone and I had to keep him on a short leash. Once we got some clear ground, he settled down and we were moving along at about 4:40 pace (when he wasn't diving off to run through puddles!) He tired in the last km or so and was just happy to run beside me. I think he'll learn pretty quickly.

Cycling 45:37 [3] 16.3 km (2:48 / km)

Rode from home out to CSU for the Summer Series Sprint event. All good except the last km was all up hill!

Orienteering race (Sprint/score event) 26:10 [5] 3.86 km (6:47 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 11 2nd pair

Summer Series 30 minute score event on the CSU sprint map. Was hard work early after the ride with calves very tight but loosened up pretty quickly. A well planned course with controls placed to ensure lots of route choice. 27 controls all up and I thought I had them all and back with almost 4 minutes to spare. Then I found out I had folded my map and hidden a 20 point control:-( Would have been equal first on points with Briohny (but she was faster anyway!)

20 pointer I missed was on road bend on southwest corner.
