ANU south map. A very good run until #15 when I lost the plot big time! Also poor effort at #18. Good technical course to finish a good fun weekend of races.

Orana Steiner School. Great little 1:2000 map with lots of crossovers and a map flip. Brain flip for me on 3 controls (8, 12 and 21) plus ran past the last one! Started just after Deb and caught her 4 times.....

At Canberra Uni. Poor route to #1 was the only real error and came away with a win!

Bush sprint on Bruce Ridge and although I had a pretty solid run, bush fitness clearly let me down and was off the pace.

Morning run with Deb along the river into Wiradjuri Reserve and back. Hip a little better after a couple of days of stretches. No Garmin as have sent it away for replacement.

Slow and painful* run from home to Briohny's house.

* from hip injury and added pain from physio working on my hip injury!! No structural damage however very tight around socket and pelvis. Foam roller and (excruciating) hard ball exercises.

Running again after a weeks break to see if hip has improved: it hasn't so have a physio appt next Monday. Very warm and humid even at 6:00 am after 44 degrees yesterday.
