Another nice ride with Ryder, Logan and Deb at the wetlands. Went a bit further today and Logan started to get a bit tired towards the end (think his bike seat was too low so adjusted it afterwards and will see how he goes next time). Ryder's confidence continues to grow:-) Lots of people out and about, all doing the right thing COVID-wise!

Morning run with Deb, today on Willan's Hill. Felt good running although the hill at the start was a bit severe! Lots of people out, mostly walking, plus a few on bikes, but no other runners.

Deb and I took the grand-boys on another fun cycle around Wiradjuri and the wetlands. Both did really well again, gaining confidence, with only a couple of spills! Forgot to start the Garmin a couple of times so track is a bit odd looking!

Deb and I ran different courses I planned at Pomingalarna. No flags or even tapes, so honesty system:-) Nice to get into the forest, even one we know so well, and especially pleasant running conditions after yesterday's soaking rain. Only real issue was at #4, where I stopped a bit short in some light green native pine before working it out!

Saw a couple of folks on mountain bikes, using the tracks.
