X-Ray results pretty good. No significant joint issues, no evidence of OA, just some age-related wear and tear. So rehab to continue.

Physio visit to check progress on my hip. He was concerned (me too!) that I'm still struggling so checked a few other things and thinks I have a related knee issue. Sent me for an X-ray on hip to try to clarify if there are any OA or other structural issues. TBC!

Shadowed Jack, one of our up and coming juniors, around the control picking course on Black Mountain - he did very well and I struggled to keep up. Forgot to start the Garmin, so time and distance a guess. Hip still a problem.

Walked around putting out half the controls (Briohny did the rest) for the doomed Waggaroos Night O on Bruce Ridge in Canberra. Doomed because just as it got dark enough to run, the rain poured down and we cancelled the run!!

Back at Roadies after a long absence. New run this year from Marrambidya Wetlands along the river and return. Really enjoyed the course and location. Steady run with a little hip soreness towards the end.

Mongrel summer head cold plus super sore in hammys, glutes and lower back after laying pavers at B and T's place yesterday! Physio session this morning to work on my hip was extra painful as Dave found a couple of very tight muscles to dig into:-(
