From the Van Ness Metro Station, up Connecticutt Ave. to Politics and Prose, then to the Tenleytown Metro Station via Nebraska Ave., Fort Dr., NW, and Chesapeake St., NW. I have been getting better and better each day. I still need a doctor to help me interpret the results of the MRI taken on Monday. I didn't intend to walk so much this day, but didn't realize it was so far from a metro station to Politics and Prose, where I'd gotten a last minute gift. My toe and calf are still numb but I was able to hold a modest walking pace.

(injured)

I've continued to improve my mobility. I'm able to walk pretty well. There is still pain in my ankle sometimes even when sitting. The big toe and parts of my right foot are still numb on the surface.

Note
(injured)

I've been starting to walk more normally and with a lot less pain. My right toe is still numb and my ankle hurts sometimes. In the mornings, I''m slowed down by this all but less so now. The distance I can walk without needing to sit has been increasing steadily the last 2 days. The base of my spine can be sensitive when pressured.
