Running (Street & Trail) 1:04:21 [3] 8.05 mi (8:00 / mi)
slept:6.0 weight:172lbs

It was another very nice sunny 65F day with dogwoods and azaeleas in full bloom. I enoyed getting out especially after talking with my dad about his gradually more limited mobility. I ran where my feet took me down the Georgetown Branch Trail to Grubb Rd., Donneybrook Dr., unnamed trails and somewhat off trail into and through Rock Creek Park, Chestnut St. to Whitney St. to Shepard St. to Rosemary St. to Stanford St. to the Georgetown Branch Trail again, to Pearl/Maryland Ave and Rosedale. Legs were a bit heavy feeling but I felt strong on hills. I skipped-out on the MCRRC track workout because it looked like gridlock on the Pike.
