Day 2 of HVO's Back to Harriman State Park on the Sebago Beach map. I jogged with Peggy from the New Sebago Beach parking along the lake to the start.

Day 2 of HVO's Back to Harriman A-Meet on the Sebago Beach map. I started better taking the safe route of a trail most of the way to #1. I missed slightly on #2, missed like most everyone else on #3, then really blew #4. The rest were okay but by then the damage was done. See the Split List. The blister and caluses on my toes hurt. In the last few meets, I've been running just so so but also making big errors on a control or two. I think it's because I've not been staying in close enough contact w/the map, then running ahead thinking that I'll be okay and able to relocate ahead. Sometimes it's worked and perhaps I've gotten lucky but usually it catches-up with me, often in a big parallel error.
