Long Blue - Splits

Event: West Point A-meet
 

For anyone who might have been wondering, DNF (did not fly). Although the forecast looked pretty good a few days in advance, when the weekend rolled around there were NE winds in store for Ellenville, a site which works when the winds are from the NW.

Middle Blue - Splits

With the way the weekend forecast is looking, I'd say there's a 50/50 chance that I'm going to bring a hang glider with me to West Point this weekend so that I can skip out and go flying at Ellenville on Saturday afternoon (about an hour west). If there's anybody who would be more interested in watching hang gliders than sticking around for the Sprint, let me know. (If you can drive a manual transmission, all the better, because then you could drive my car down and meet me in the landing zone and save me a bit of shuttling up to get it.)
