Nice morning run IW via Eccy and Limb, where I saw a fox and nearly got donked on the head by a massive branch falling from a tree.

HFW via cemetery for some drills and then some hill sprints (6x8secs), inspired by Thumper's musings. Might have a go at following the hills to flats speed program, let's face it I need it.
