Long loop of Hyde and Hallandale parks. Ran it a bit harder than I was originally thinking about. Punishment for yesterday's error

A good warmup before The City of London race. Walked a fair bit yesterday, so legs were a bit tired. A warm down after the race.

A reasonable race, marred by a misread of the map on control 17, which meant I missed seeing the gap on the map and ran into a dead wand then had to double back and went the long way round the outside. Cost about 3 and a half minutes. It was in a multi-level area and working out the levels was difficult.
This is a great race held around the streets of the city of London. Despite the large time loss still managed a top 5 M60 finish.

It was raining this morning, and didn't really want wet running gear in the bag all day so deferred until the evening. Rewarded with lovely warm conditions

Morning Run around Bergen, after a 35 hour trip. Felt flat and struggled on the climbs. Still it was a nice morning and really needed the run.
