Fully expected yesterday’s extension of lockdown, but a bit perplexed by some of the logic with the new rules. It is ok for me to spend 22 hours a day inside with household members, but not ok to exercise outside with more than one of them?

I had two pairs of well used racing shoes in the cupboard and decided I could get a few training kms out of one pair. These ones had fewer kms on them.
