Fairly even paced effort. Nice morning for a run, cool and calm, bay was flat.
Finished packing the boxes etc, now need to get rid of the rubbish and fill the skip.

Managed to dodge the rain. Out and back through jawbone, taking it fairly easy. Followed by coffee at the kiosk for the final time on a Sunday.
Now to finish the packing. Nothing like an impending deadline to focus the mind on the task at hand.

Out and back along The Esplanade and The Strand. Slow out and quicker back,. Was a bit lethargic in parts, but a really beautiful morning. What a difference a week makes. Last week they had to cancel the swimming due to the weather, this week was flat and sunny.
