Isle of Wight. Was going OK until the 6k mark when the right calf locked up again. Cut the run short and walked the 1.5 k home.
Great place to run, even with the hills
I think a few days off running are needed.

England takes its next step out of lockdown today, with outdoor hospitality venues, shops and self-catering accommodation allowed to reopen for the first time since mid-December. Taking the opportunity to have a few days away. It is another 5 weeks before indoor hospitality will open again

Millennium bridge loop. Was trying to be restrained, but tucked in behind a couple going along embankment and put in a couple of quick splits, then thought better of it and went back to exercising restraint.

Hardest part of the run was maintaining self-control and holding back, and not starting to stride out.

Short session. Tried a new exercise I saw someone doing in the park. Start with a hand release push up, then at the top hold the straight arm position and lift the diagonally opposite arm and leg off and point. 20 reps, alternating arms.
