Set out to do a 10k, but felt really "heavy" and lacking. I think it was a combination of the heat, a stressful day at work and not enough hydration. Got to 6 k and thougt I'm never going to get 10, so cut it short.

Comfortable run in the end, although I struggled a bit at the start. A nice evening, with a light breeze.

Street O. Good tempo run. Didn't make an optimum selection of controls, so ended up doing an extra 700 to 800 m. Felt reasonably comfortable the whole way. Missed "spiking" a couple of control when I didn't see the punch and ran past.

Easy early morning run. Not as stiff and sore as yesterday, but still felt a bit drained. Nice morning for it.

Slow and steady. Feeling tired and sore today. Yesterday was a rest day, but was spent shovelling rocks in the garden. Today I was really feeling it. Originally I was planning about 15k, but after the first 5 min I decided that wasn't going to happebn. Did a loop course, so that I could cut it short. The legs felt OK, but the rest ached, and there was no real energy.

Early morning run, as I had a luch appointment. Always seem to be slower in the morning. Took it fairly easy, just trying to roll along. Thinking about some hill intervals tomorrow, hmmm just thinking at this stage.

Lunch time run. Just wanted to roll along, but felt better tahn expected. Went up the Maribyrnong river towards Brimbank Park, turned around just after the 5km marker. It was really pleasant along the river today, and not too hot.

Tough night. Temperature was about 35. Didn't get the optimum selection of controls, but got the optimum route for the ones chosen. Legs felt OK, but it was hot and that sapped the energy. Getting tired at the end

Early morning run. Went out at about 5:30. Basically riolling along, with the occasional tempo section. Not quite a true fartlek session. Decided to go to street o tomorrow, so I can slepp in a bit.

Longest run I've had for a while. Went out at about 7:30 and the weather was really pleasant. Figure 8 course along the Federation trail, river trail rods, federation trail and then back alnog the road home. Not much climb and felt good the whole way. Try and get to street o on Tuesday.
