Burke Ave & an attempt at Buttonwood. And 14 minutes hiking around a mountain bike trail in School Land, an area of conservation land. I didn't find any indication that there were trails in there, but had to follow it when I saw it. There's more trails, but I couldn't see any other entrances. Buttonwood Place from the north isn't a road anymore and is marked with No Trespassing Signs. Will need to figure out how to catch those.

Chase Rd, Mass Ave intersection. Took a quick opportunity to check off a few nodes that were left in this more complex intersection.

It's the end of the month and I'm pleased that I'm up to just under 33% of streets in Lunenburg checked off on CityStrides. Not bad considering I just moved here. Lots of plans to keep me moving over the cold winter month of January.

Cowdry Nature Center from the Townsend Harbor Rd entrance. Wanted to check out this other side of the area, but the rain last night and at the end of last week meant that the water table is really high. Or else the beavers have been doing some work, as much of the trail was flooded out so only got a bit further than the viewing platform. I'll try to remember to head back there when the water is low to finish out these trails. Trying the hike all of the public trails in Lunenburg just like I did in Westofrd.

Brown Ave & Laurel Bank Conservation Area +. First 35 minutes were on pavement and the rest on trail. J-J joined me for most of the road part, as part of his long run today.

Broad Meadow Drive +, Nice walk through some neighborhoods by the light of the full moon including venturing into Fitchburg. Still a few really nice light displays. Hope people keep them up at least through Jan. 6.

Beal Street +, Took a vacation day today, so I wouldn't loose it at year's end, so had the opportunity, once the sun came out, to do what was probably the least interesting walk so far. But if all went the way I hope, I will have knocked off the second busiest street in Lunenburg, and arguably the most boring.

Cushing Lane. After the yearly Nandupmas, I managed to get out and finish up one street that is very close to J-J, but had nodes in what I thought was a driveway the first time. To make sure I completed it, I actually went probably too far up the driveway, but at least I now have credit.
