A bit of confusion at the start getting onto the correct trail, but then two fun runs on new chairs and a long race back to the bottom for one more trail. That was until 38 minutes in and a long stretch on a beginner road hit a real snag. A boarder was coming towards the same bit of trail that I was heading for, and he didn' t hear my warning that I was there. We collided a bit and I was pushed head-on into a tree near the edge of the trail. Luckily J-J was right behind me to lend support. I sensed nothing was broken, but needed to get down to the bottom. 5 minutes of recovery down and I headed down. At the last minute, I turned and got back on a beginner lift for one more trip up before I was too scared to ski ever again. J-J ran around the lodge to find ziplock bags to fill with snow for icepacks to get the treatment going asap. This is going to hurt.
